FAQ
Q: What resolution & size do my photos have to be?
A: Landscape photo, in 300DPI. 66cm wide x 33.4cm height. The higher resolution your picture the better.
Q: Can I put more than 1 car into the picture?
A: Yes you can, as long as you submit your final montage as one final image and it fits within the resolution requirements. We are not responsible for the quality of your photos and recommend you take note of the guidelines.
There is room for one vehicle with Build Plate Details
Q: Is there a Payment Plan?
A: We only have After Pay for this product. (We do not use Paypal)
Q: Do I receive a mockup back to approve?
A: No - you can preview your mockup at the time of order (pretty cool right?) and you will also be sent a copy via email after you submit.
Please double check all your details.
If your photo has problems it is probably because it is too low res. See photo instructions and try again.
Q: Can I make changes after I submit?
A: While we set this up so you won't have to, we understand sometimes this happens. Contact us immediately and we will cancel the order and you can resubmit.

Q: I missed the 1st round cutoff, when will you be opening up orders again?
A: Submit your order and will go into the next round. At the moment we are doing these every quarter. We will let you know the expected arrival date after your order is placed.
Q: Do you ship to New Zealand?
A: Yes we do ! - $249 + $50 freight
Q: Is there a discount if I do multiple orders?
While we don't do discounts due to the customized nature - expect a little extra something when your pictures get delivered to you. Applies to 3 or more only.
